Yes! If you are not home during pickup/drop off we require a key or fob to access your house or building. We will always lock the door at pickup/drop off and keep keys in a secure place when not in use.
We cannot guarantee specific walk times but can book you within a one hour window and arrive within that time frame.
We walk rain or shine! If there are strong winds we may have to do group walks in a neighbourhood instead for the safety of our dogs & walkers. We may also have to cancel or cut walking times due to extreme heat or extreme cold warnings.
We only service the city of Vancouver. UBC - Clark Drive & Yaletown/West End to 41st Avenue
Here at Bark Avenue we are NOT certified trainers. We can recommend you to some great trainers in the area. We can also follow any training plans your trainer has asked you to work on previously. Please note we ONLY practise FF/R+ training techniques.
